MSHA Part 48 Subpart B Surface Miner 24-Hour Course

This 24-hour initial course is designed for new surface workers on underground mine sites.  This course covers miners’ rights, recognizing and reporting hazards, work duties, transportation and communication, escape and emergency evacuation plans, fire warning and firefighting, and other requirements of the 30 CFR Part 48 Subpart B.
