Refund Policy
If you need to cancel for any reason, please review the policy below.
Refunds Requested More Than 48 Hours in Advance
- Full refund minus any applicable credit card processing fees.
- Alternatives to refund:
- Class rollover: Enrollment may be transferred to another available class of equal or lesser value at no additional cost.
- Future class credit: A credit for the full amount may be used toward any future class within 12 months of the original purchase.
Refunds Requested Less Than 48 Hours in Advance
- Discretionary refunds: Requests made within 48 hours of the class start time are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- If approved, refunds are issued minus credit card processing fees.
Non-Refundable Situations
- No refunds or credits after the class has begun.
- Technical problems on the participant’s end (e.g., internet issues, device problems) do not qualify for refunds.
How to Request a Refund or Rollover
Email info@emi-alaska.com with:
- Your full name
- Class name and date
- For cancellations within 48 hours, include documentation for refund review (if applicable)
You will receive a response within 48 hours.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Changing or Canceling a Class Registration
A button on the registration page may read: “Click here to change or cancel your class.”
To Change Your Class
- Visit our course calendar and find the new class you want to attend.
- Register for the new class.
- When prompted, complete the section:
“If this registration replaces an existing registration, enter details here.”
To Cancel Your Class
Email info@emi-alaska.com with:
- Your full name
- The class name and date you wish to cancel
