EPA Lead Renovation, Repair & Painting (RRP)

This 8 hour course was developed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency(EPA), in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to train Renovation, Repair, and Painting(RRP) contractors to work safely in housing with lead-based paint, comply with EPA’s RRP Rule, and HUD’s Lead Safe Housing Rule. This class meets the EPA requirements for certification and follows the guidelines outlined in the Federal Register, under authority of Section 402(c)(3) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA.)
