DESCRIPTION: \nThis 8-hour course meets the requirements for renewing an Alaska Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead (AK-CESCL) certification. To be eligible, you must have a current AK-CESCL number and have completed either the two-day (16-hour) course or a Refresher within the last three years. There is a 90-day grace period after your certification expires. Upon passing, you will receive an updated AK-CESCL certificate. If you do not pass, you must retake the full two-day course. The Refresher provides a concise review of the initial two-day course, covering erosion and sediment control concepts, BMPs, risk management, and CGP requirements. The course will be taught by Master AK CESCL Instructor, Annie Collie, with Midnight Sun Environmental (https://midnightsunenvironmental.com/)\n
